Bridging Streetwear Style with the Prestige of Golf

For the up-and-coming streetwear golf brand, STICKITIN, I developed a comprehensive branding package that captures the brand’s essence and bridges the gap between high-end streetwear and the prestigious sport of golf. STICKITIN, a phrase familiar to golfers as an encouraging mantra, "Just stick it in," employs a playful double entendre that resonates with the sport's culture while inviting curiosity.

Timeless, adaptable logo design with a sleek aesthetic.

Through a discovery session with the client, I crafted a series of logo marks designed to ensure adaptability and flexibility across various applications. The primary logo exudes minimalism and sophistication, aligning with STICKITIN’s vision of a high-end aesthetic. Its sleek black and white color palette, paired with a secondary green hue, symbolizes timelessness, the pristine fairways, and the prestige of golf.

Fun, youthful design.

Inspired by the playful separation of the brand name into "STIC KITIN," I collaborated with the client to create a simple stick-figure cat logo. This design nods to the brand's fun, approachable personality and lays the groundwork for a future product line aimed at younger golfers.

At the Shriners Children's Open at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas, the branded STICKITIN hat showcased a perfect balance of sleek sophistication and playful charm. The front of the hat features the minimalist black-on-black primary logo, exuding refinement, while the brim is accented with the scramble logo ball marker, adding a touch of golf-inspired practicality. On the back, the woven label on the snapback displays the whimsical KITIN logo, highlighting the brand's fun and approachable personality.
