2017 SXSW Austin Sucker Punch Campaign

Lonely Whale, co-founded by actor Adrian Grenier, aims to combat ocean plastics. The #StopSucking campaign was showcased at the 2017 SXSW Austin.

During the event, flyers were distributed to promote the Sucker Punch booth, where participants had plastic straws playfully taken away by a large tentacle. Signage provided information about the Lonely Whale Foundation and facts on ocean plastics to those waiting in line for the photo booth.

Posters at the booth highlighted that all plastic straws used would be converted into recycled plastic skateboards, promoting sustainability and raising awareness about the cause.
